Our salon features private treatment rooms, and to ensure your dedicated space, we operate strictly by appointment only.
We're preparing and eagerly awaiting your visit, ensuring you'll have a truly special time with us.
Please make sure to read and understand the following notes and precautions before making a reservation.
By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms.

OPEN：14:00〜20:00（Weekday）※Latest reception time 20:00｜OPEN：10:00〜19:00（SUT,SUN,HOLIDAY）
CLOSE：Every Wednesday

Please provide your name, contact information (mobile phone), preferred date and time, and desired course menu. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on reservation availability.

Notes and Requests Regarding Reservations.

To ensure a calm and relaxing environment, all treatments are provided in fully private rooms.
We have three treatment rooms available, so up to three guests can be treated at the same time.

◇ About Therapist Selection

You are free to choose your therapist. Please feel free to inquire.
However, a fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will be charged.

At our salon, we regularly conduct skill assessments for therapists based on certain standards, and only those who meet these standards are allowed to provide treatments.
There are differences in the experience of treatments between female and male therapists.
Female therapists excel in delicate techniques, while male therapists specialize in treatments that cover a wide area with consistent pressure.
Unless you specify otherwise, a male therapist may be assigned to your treatment.

◇ If You Are Unsure About Which Course to Choose

Please consult us by phone.
If you call while we are in the middle of a treatment, we may not be able to answer. In such cases, we may call you back later. Thank you for your understanding.

Notes on Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Tardiness

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us in advance (by 8:00 p.m. the day before your reservation).
If you change or cancel your reservation after 8:00 p.m. the day before, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved menu price.

If you are late on the day of your reservation, we may have to shorten your treatment to avoid inconveniencing other customers.
If you are significantly late, we may not be able to provide the treatment and your reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation, in which case a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

The cancellation fee must be paid by bank transfer within one week from the date of cancellation.
If payment is not received, we will refuse all future use of our salon.

We accept cash and various credit cards. Please note that we do not accept split payments between cash and credit card.

Notes Regarding HIGUCHI Facial & Head Spa

◇ Contraindications for HIGUCHI Facial & Head Spa

• Immediately after eating (within 2 hours after a meal)
• Those with severe diabetes or high blood pressure whose condition is prone to change
• Those who have consumed alcohol
• Those with symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or abdominal pain
• Those with symptoms such as heartburn or belching
• During menstruation or pregnancy
  • During menstruation, you may experience stronger aftereffects than usual, and menstrual flow may increase.
  • For safety reasons, we do not provide treatments to customers who are less than 5 months pregnant.
  • If you are over 5 months pregnant and in a stable period, please be sure to obtain permission from your doctor before receiving treatment.
  • If you do not inform us and experience any health issues, we cannot take any responsibility.
• If you have sensitive skin or have had allergic reactions to cosmetics in the past, please be sure to inform us in advance.
• If you develop a rash, we cannot take any responsibility.
• At our salon, only therapists who have passed regular skill assessments based on certain standards are allowed to provide treatments.

◇ Aftereffects and Precautions After HIGUCHI Facial & Head Spa

• On the day of and the day after your treatment, please try to rest and relax as much as possible.
• The more waste and toxins accumulated in your body, the stronger the aftereffects may be.
• Please avoid high-fat, high-sugar, and high-protein meals after your treatment.
• If you drink alcohol, you may become intoxicated more easily than usual, so please be careful.
• After your treatment, please avoid strenuous exercise.
• When taking a bath, please set the water to a lukewarm temperature.
• After your treatment, you may temporarily experience scalp oiliness, dandruff, or breakouts, but this is a sign that toxins accumulated in your body are being detoxified.
• If you are very tired, you may feel sluggish or fatigued, and your body may feel heavy the next day.
• If you rest well and drink plenty of water, you will recover more quickly.

If you overexert yourself after the treatment, the energy your body uses to expel toxins will be reduced, making it difficult to fully detox and diminishing the effects of the treatment. Please read the precautions and aftereffects carefully, and be sure to get plenty of rest.
